Good morning people who allow God to do His best work through you.

God is working on the earth, and He does incredible work through people. There is an old saying that says God is looking for a willing vessel. I’m not sure that this is quite true.

God is looking for people who will walk through the wrestle and end in the place of saying YES to Him.

Exodus 3:11 NIV But Moses said to God, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”

Moses didn’t immediately say YES to what God told him to do. Nor did Gideon or Jeremiah.

History shows us that many people try to talk God out of His plan to use them. Maybe this has been part of your story as well.

We see our faults and our weaknesses. We see our lack and we are aware of our nervousness. We think that others are more suited to the task. We think that we are too young or too old.

Whatever the reason (or excuse), God sees it and it does not deter Him one bit. In fact, some of those reasons are probably part of why He chose you! Remember, it’s about Him being glorified, and He is glorified most when we can’t humanly do what He tells us to do.

So, has God told you to do some things that you have talked yourself out of doing?

If so, it’s time to come into alignment with what He has said, walk through your wrestle, and land in the only suitable place of an unqualified YES. This honours God.
