Good morning people who personally know and talk with Creator God

John 15:15 NIV I (Jesus) no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from My Father I have made known to you.

Yesterday we leaned into the truth that Jesus Himself calls us His friend.

Today I want to lean into the depth of this beautiful gift of friendship with Christ.

He is not a distant, far-off, elusive Friend – not at all.

This passage talks about a level of friendship where Jesus effectively says, “No secrets”. Wow!

In this scripture, Jesus invites us into the conversations of heaven; to know what is on His Father’s heart and to be involved in a two-way, constant conversation with Him.

I am not spouting ‘nice words’ or something that is ‘too good to be true’ – I am speaking the truth of God’s Word.

Sure, we might not have experienced this level of friendship, but today I believe it is God’s invitation to us all.

“This year, will you join me in pursuing greater intimacy with God; a level that is characterized by a greater depth of ongoing communication?”
