#3053 – Delayed Deliverance

Good morning people who trust in the goodness of God even when it takes longer

Acts 24:27 (NIV) When two years had passed, Felix was succeeded by Porcius Festus, but because Felix wanted to grant a favour to the Jews, he left Paul in prison.

Even when we are doing the will of God, sometimes our deliverance from danger and our breakthrough doesn’t come as quickly as we would like or expect.

“Have you ever noticed that God’s timing and our timing aren’t always the same?”

Yet God is faithful. When our deliverance and breakthroughs come quickly, God is faithful. When there is a delay, God is still faithful.

Here’s my challenging question to us all today:

“Will you still remain faithful to your God when He delays in bringing you out of trouble?”
