Good morning Spirit-led people

The stage hands do not need to be told step by step what to do each time they do a transition. The director’s intention has been made clear in the original script. As long as they follow the original script they will fulfil the director’s purpose and will. If at any time they forget or they start doing something different there is a stage director to clarify instructions and get people back on track. They know who this person is and they know they must follow their directions. To not do so would be detrimental to them and to the play.

We have been given a script and that is the Word of God. We find the will of God in the written Word of God. If we follow God’s will then we will fulfil God’s purposes; He is our director in life. When we acknowledge His authority and submit to His will, the Bible promises that If we ever get off course, the Holy Spirit will direct us back on to the right path.

Philippians 3:15 All of us who are mature should take such a view of things. And if on some point you think differently, that too God will make clear to you.

I do not live life stressing whether I am in the will of God or not. I live life by the principles of God’s Word and when I stray off course, the Holy Spirit whom I am in relationship with makes it clear to me.
