Good morning people who are heirs of your Faither who is in heaven.

You are God’s heir according to His promises! This is who you are!

There are two passages of Scripture that I love to preach on that I felt drawn to put before us today in The Passion Translation. I encourage you to read them both slowly as you meditate on the truth. May the Holy Spirit whisper life deep into your heart and may joy and peace be the result.

2 Peter 1:3-4 TPT Everything we could ever need for life and godliness has already been deposited in us by his divine power. For all this was lavished upon us through the rich experience of knowing him who has called us by name and invited us to come to him through a glorious manifestation of his goodness. As a result of this, he has given you magnificent promises that are beyond all price, so that through the power of these tremendous promises we can experience partnership with the divine nature, by which you have escaped the corrupt desires that are of the world.

2 Corinthians 1:20-22 TPT For all of God’s promises find their “yes” of fulfillment in him. And as his “yes” and our “amen” ascend to God, we bring him glory! Now, it is God himself who has anointed us. And he is constantly strengthening both you and us in union with Christ. He knows we are his since he has also stamped his seal of love over our hearts and has given us the Holy Spirit like an engagement ring is given to a bride—a down payment of the blessings to come!

Oh how wonderful and beautiful and glorious is our God! Our Father loves us, accepts us, delights in us and fills us to overflowing with His Holy Spirit and love!
