Good morning people who hold nothing back in your love for God.

Jeremiah 29:13 NIV You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

How much of your heart does God have?

On one level, we have either given our hearts to God or we haven’t – there is no middle ground. We are either saved or we are not; we are either born again or we are not.

And yet there is most definitely degrees of surrender and pursuit for those who are followers of Jesus Christ.

Many are content to be saved. Going to heaven sounds nice, as does not going to hell. And we quite like going to church, sometimes, when it’s not an inconvenience to our other plans.

And yet God spoke through Jeremiah and declared, that finding Him in the way in which He desires, requires a wholehearted pursuit and passion.

The Father gave His best. The Son gave His life.

What do you give to God?

Your heart in God’s hands is the safest place to be. No, it’s not always easiest, but it most certainly is always best.
