Good morning people who look up to see our perfect God

Philippians 4:8 NIV Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

The word pure means clear, innocent, perfect, immaculate, pure from every fault.

Once again, nothing on this earth is pure outside of living in Christ and being justified by His blood.

Yes, God wants us thinking about things that are morally pure – absolutely! And the greatest way to do this is to continually have our minds, hearts and thinking pulled upwards to our pure God.

Like the other attributes listed in this familiar verse, we are never the source or origin of any of these. We do not determine what is true, noble, right or pure. It’s not our place – it’s God’s, because He is perfectly and completely all of these things!

It’s time to look up into the pure eyes of our loving God.
