Good morning people who live the life that you come into agreement with

As I sit here praying, Father has reminded me about the time when He said to me, “Your mind is your mind. It is not the devil’s; it’s yours.”

I think God wants to refocus us on this truth this year.

Our mind is not a settling place for the fiery darts of the enemy, nor is it a breeding ground for lies and deception from the enemy through the aggressive push of a fallen world and its agenda.

We have the right and we have the power to choose what our mind focuses on, feeds on and settles on. I know that we don’t always feel this is true, however, it absolutely is.

But it takes effort. It takes warfare. It takes exercising our spiritual authority. It takes saturation in God’s Word and a commitment to pray.

It takes worshipping when we feel like walking away. It requires us loving when we feel like lashing out. It takes redirection when we just want to work it out.

Romans 12:2 NIV Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Your mind is your mind.
