Good morning people who can live life well and honour God

Sometimes we have this false belief that obeying is simply too difficult. Have you ever felt like that? I have. There are times when I know what the Word of God says but I don’t think I can do it. Sometimes we believe the lie that the temptations we face are too strong for us to overcome.

I want to encourage every person with a simple truth today.

Exodus 16:17 The Israelites did as they were told; some gathered much, some little.

That’s simple, but it’s the truth: we can all do what we are told in the Word of God.

1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

Again, I want to encourage us all today to not fear temptation, tests or trials. God is faithful; that’s our hope and our security. Let’s focus on God’s ability in and through us and not our inability and frailness. Our beliefs will shape our lives.
