#4100 – Invitational God

Good morning people who walk with a God who honours free will

John 15:5 NIV I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in Me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing.

Here’s the final truth I want to mention from this one verse that we have been meditating on:

  1. God is INVITATIONAL; “If you REMAIN IN ME and I IN YOU, YOU WILL BEAR MUCH FRUIT. Apart from Me, you can do nothing.”

There is always an invitation from God behind every instruction of God.

Many focus on ourselves in this verse. But over the last week we have lent in to see how much it actually reveals about our God.

Many see the “demand” to produce much fruit. But there is a greater invitation to remain in God, to be connected to Him, and to let His life produce His fruit in us!

It’s time for us to look to see what God is offering, not what we think He is demanding.

It’s time to look at the “familiar” through fresh eyes of revelation as we lean in to see what God is saying.

It’s time to find our life in God Himself – this is where freedom and fruit is found.
