Good morning people who steward everything that God has given you 

John 6:12 NIV When they had all had enough to eat, He said to His disciples, “Gather the pieces that are left over. Let nothing be wasted.”

Our God is a God of abundance, not of lack. 

The following two well-known scriptures come to mind: 

Ephesians 3:20 NIV Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us. 

Psalm 23:1 NIV The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.

God is a God of surplus, but not of waste. 

According to our opening scripture, God clearly wants stewardship on everything He gives, including the excess; the abundance; the left-overs. 

It’s time to remember everything we have belongs to God because we belong to God. 

Because of this, there is a holy call to honour God with everything and to steward wisely all He has given to us.
