Good morning people who love to listen to Father speak
As I was walking with Father today, I felt Him draw me to the phrase ‘imperfect, but…’.
So I want to lean into what I feel He is saying, because if He is saying something, then I want to listen.
The word ‘imperfect’ means: ‘not perfect; faulty or incomplete’.
Naturally speaking, from an ‘evidence of what we see’ basis, we would all easily admit that we are ‘imperfect’. We all make mistakes, stumble, fall and sin at times. Therefore, we understandably conclude, ‘we are imperfect’.
The reality is, by its very definition, we are imperfect and perfect at the same time.
Let me leave you with a scripture for you to meditate on today, and we will lean into this more tomorrow.
Hebrews 10:14 NIV For by one sacrifice He has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.
