Good morning people whose trust and confidence is in the Lord Almighty

Psalm 33:16-19 NIV No king is saved by the size of his army; no warrior escapes by his great strength. A horse is a vain hope for deliverance; despite all its great strength it cannot save. But the eyes of the LORD are on those who fear Him, on those whose hope is in His unfailing love, to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.

Our strength won’t save us or deliver us.

Our greatest efforts are not enough.

In fact and in short, we are insufficient.

But God. Oh how I love those words – but God.

The Lord is the strength of our life.

The Lord is our strong tower, our mighty deliverer, our safe refuge.

The Lord is our sufficiency and our salvation.

It’s time for some of God’s people to shift their confidence from self to God.

We need Him daily, moment by moment – we really do.
