Good morning people who have been freed from slavery through Christ

Luke 1:74 NIV To rescue us from the hand of our enemies, and to enable us to serve Him without fear.

God the Father wants His dearly loved children to serve Him without fear.

In fact, this serving is more about God and us walking as friends, from which serving Him becomes an automatic yet intentional desire, because of deep mutual love and affection.

The enemy comes against God’s people at times as a spirit of fear according to 2 Timothy 1:7, but this is not Father’s desire for us, in fact, the opposite is true.

Romans 8:15 NIV The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by Him we cry, “ Abba, Father.”

1 John 4:18 NIV There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.”

May we all learn to live in God’s love; may we all learn to live free from all fear. In Jesus’ Name.
