Good morning people who love to spend time in God’s presence

Psalm 21:6 NIV Surely You have granted him unending blessings and made him glad with the joy of Your presence.

I read this verse and Ephesians 1:3 comes to mind. Here it is:

Ephesians 1:3 NIV Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.

As the people of God, we are blessed beyond measure! True spiritual blessing is not from God, it is God!

King David knew it was in the presence of God that he was blessed and that he found joy. The same is still true for us today.

Today I simply want to encourage us all to have some time sitting with God and listening to Him. Perhaps you want to put on some worship, read His Word, listen to a sermon, or even sit in silence, but I encourage you to do it with a posture of leaning in and listening.

God loves to do His people good, and the greatest good is simply time with Him.
