Good morning people who understand the power and privilege of prayer

Psalm 17:6 NIV I call on You, my God, for You will answer me; turn Your ear to me and hear my prayer.

When things are tough, we often call someone. I do too. I love the way that God has initiated us ‘carrying one another’s burdens’ and walking with each other. I praise God for people to journey life with.

But I also know that sometimes I go to people when I should go to God. People can help, but God alone can transform.

Our God is the God Who hears us when we pray.

Our God is the God Who answers us when we call out to Him.

It is true that sometimes His answer is different than we thought it would be or that we want it to be. But He always listens and He loves to respond to His children who talk to Him.

Let’s be praying people who continually talk to God, but even more so, listen to God.
