Good morning people who serve the God of the second chance

Genesis 9:1 NIV Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth.”

As I read this, I immediately thought about God’s original commission to Adam and Eve in Genesis; His original commission to mankind; to us. God’s plan was for this commission to be all of mankind’s commission continually.

But then we sinned. We turned against God and we turned away from God. Sin caused great separation, but it also seemed to cancel the commission.

BUT GOD does not forget His original commission to us!

If we get off track, God has a way of re-commissioning those who turn towards Him.
