Good morning people who work and wait at the right times
Mark 4:26-29 (NIV) 26 He (Jesus) also said, “This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. 27 Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. 28 All by itself the soil produces grain—first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head. 29 As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come.”
I have one more prophetic thought from this passage today that I believe will help someone reading this.
Here’s what I feel Father is saying: Don’t rush the harvest, but equally, don’t rest during the harvest.
Father, please speak to us.
Yes, we need to wait until harvest time, trusting that God is working in our waiting.
But then we need to recognise when it is harvest time so that we can work alongside the Master Who is drawing people unto Himself.
There’s a time to wait and there’s a time to work.
May we all understand what time it is.
