Good morning those who worship God with their lives

I woke up with a desire to worship God and bring Him honour today. As I internally said “Lord I want to worship You today”, I felt Him speak to me and say “You can worship me by how you work today”. What a simple yet often misunderstood word from God.

We love to be in God’s Presence, we love to worship and feel the anointing but today God says I want your lives to be an act of worship by how you work. The Bible is clear on God’s perspective:

Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.

This week we have a choice to make. We either work for God or we work for man. When our focus is working for God (and living every moment of every day for Him) then our lives become a continual act of worship to our Creator. This is what He is looking for; 24/7 worshippers.

If you are an employee today, how you work is a reflection of how you worship. How you serve others is a reflection of how you serve God. For those of you who are employers, how you treat your employees is a reflection of how you worship. All of us today can worship God through our work because our work is an act of worship.
