#253 – More Than

Good morning victorious people

Romans 8:35-37 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

We don’t just have enough to barely scrape through; we have more than enough. The problem is many times we don’t feel this. Our feelings can be very deceptive and can often control how we walk. Even when we don’t feel we can do something, the truth is what God’s Word says we can do. If we say “I can’t do this! I can’t get through this!” but God’s Word declares “In all these things, you are more than conquerors through Him who loved you”, then that is the truth.

The problem is many times we say comments like, “Well that’s not my experience” and it might well not be. But that does not mean it is not the truth. Our experiences are not more powerful than the Word of God. I’ll say it again; our experiences are not more powerful than the Word of God. God’s Word is truth; absolute truth; powerful to bring lasting change; this is the power of the precious Word of God.

Today God’s Word says you are more than conquerors through God. You are; not will be when you reach a certain level of maturity. You are; not when you feel like it. You are; not when you have it all sorted out. You are! You are! You are more than conquerors
