Good morning people who bless

I have a simple encouragement for all of us today. Wherever we go, let’s go to give. How different would the world look if Christians went everywhere with the thought “Lord, help me to bless someone here and help me to be an encouragement.”

I try to make a habit of this. When I go to Church, I go to give to God and to others. I ask God if there is anything He wants me to say to be an encouragement to someone. When I go to a meeting, I ask God to help me be an encouragement. When I go to work, I ask God to help me give to others. On the way home from work to my family, I ask God to help me give to them and be a blessing.

Do I always do this well? No. But it is something I am increasingly trying to do. I don’t want to be someone who just takes or makes the situation and conversation about me. Let’s purpose to give to others. Let’s honour each other as valuable and important to God and us. Let’s ask the question “How can I add value to everyone I meet today?” We can all make a difference as we go to give.
