Good morning people who face challenging situations

Recently I woke up early with this thought going through my mind: “That can’t happen; it’s almost impossible”.

Maybe this describes a situation you are facing right now. It might be in the area of a relationship being restored, a need of financial supply, a job that you applied for, or something else that is in the ‘almost impossible’ category.

I encourage you to stop right now and see if there is a situation or an area that you have placed into this category.

Well I have some good news for you. Here’s what I felt God say in response to “That can’t happen; it’s almost impossible”: He said, “That’s OK, impossibility is My specialty.”

We get overwhelmed when things are almost impossible, yet God thrives on doing things that are completely impossible. Here’s what the Word of God says:

Matthew 19:26 (NIV) Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

I need to push into this today because many of us have heard this statement so many times that the power of it has been lost. It has become a cliché; a nice thing to say, more than an unshakeable conviction and an anchor in the storm.

I want to encourage us all to meditate on this truth today. I want to encourage us all to stand upon this truth and to pray in faith for our situations that seem almost impossible.

Our God is still the God of the impossible and the God of breakthrough!
