#2113 – Saturation Time

Good morning people who delight in God’s perfect Word

Romans 12:1-2 (NIV) Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of Gods mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to Godthis is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what Gods will ishis good, pleasing and perfect will.

There is no other way to be spiritually minded except through saturation in God’s Word.

I’m sure we all want to live holy and pleasing lives to God. A desire to live a worthy life for our incredible God is wonderful, but that desire needs to translate into action. That action is not striving to be more like Jesus, nor is it a striving to pray more or read the Bible more. In fact striving needs to cease.

That said, a pressing towards God and a focus on receiving His invitation to discover Him and to know His ways more is essential. This is all in His Word; His precious gift to us.

The more I read and meditate on God’s Word, the more grateful I am to Him for Who He is and what He has done. I find that feeding on God’s Word increases my desire to feast even more on God’s Word.

I honestly believe that feasting on God’s Word is a missing ingredient from many Believers’ lives. I understand there are many demands on our time, but God’s pattern is always right and always for our best. Your loving Heavenly Father wants to overflow your life with blessing and goodness – and He will do this through revelation truth that is found in His Word.

“Will you accept God’s invitation to set aside some much needed saturation time in His Word? It will change your life!”
