Good morning people who make a choice to praise God

Psalm 106:1-2 (NIV) Praise the Lord. Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever. Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the Lord or fully declare His praise?

Our best praise is not an adequate comparison to the greatness and majesty of our wonderful God!!! Our God is always worthy of our praise, love and affection! It is always a good thing to give thanks to our God! His love is without an end, enduring from generation to generation! His mighty acts are limitless and worthy of exuberant praise!

Psalm 92:1-2 (NIV) It is good to praise the Lord and make music to Your name, O Most High, proclaiming Your love in the morning and Your faithfulness at night.

Sometimes people want to know what God wants them to do; they want to know what a good thing to do is. We’ll let me tell you: It is a GOOD thing to praise the Lord!

I feel for some of you today, that it is time to revisit and get back to praising God. I’ve said it before, but I need to say it again: praise looks good on you!!!

Praise is not always easy, nor is it automatic. But it is always possible and it is always beneficial. Sometimes it really is true that we need to put on a garment of praise, and that garment is sometimes a sacrifice of praise. But this is the best kind of praise! Praise that is by faith and not by feelings pleases God and helps us. This kind of praise goes against our internal focus and lifts up our eyes to the Great I Am.

Praise is powerful and I encourage you to get your dancing shoes on and make a joyful noise – wow, praise really does look good on you!!!
