Good morning people with God living on the inside

It is time for us to receive greater revelation on what it means to have God living in us. God said to me recently “Steve, you focus more on your inadequacies rather than my adequacies.” He’s right. Many times I look at the many things that I need to do to change rather than embracing that which Christ has already done in me.

“Father, open our spiritual eyes to see what you have already done for us through your Son.”

2 Corinthians 5:17,21 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.

This passage clearly says once we accept Christ, we ARE a new creation. This is not a newer model of the old; this is brand new. It is not comparable to the old self. This is a new thing that God has done in us. We do not become the righteousness of God when we are good enough; we are the righteousness of God because of Christ in us. IT IS DONE!

It’s time to embrace God’s righteousness now. It’s time to start seeing through spiritual eyes. It’s time to start declaring “I AM A NEW CREATION IN CHRIST JESUS!” It’s time to start echoing the words of scripture that declares “It’s no longer I that lives, BUT IT IS CHRIST THAT LIVES IN ME!” This is the truth. You might not feel like it today but it is God’s Word. Embrace it. Receive it. Confess it and let the Word of God start a change in each and every one of us.
