Good morning people whose starting position in Christ is more than enough.

Psalms 23:1 NIV The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.

Our starting position is God’s sufficiency; He is enough for us.

Provision is not just what God gives us. Yes, this is absolutely a part of it, and we praise God for all that He has given us.

But the greatest provision is God giving Himself to us! This is why we lack nothing – because the Lord is our shepherd; we have the Lord!

The starting point of grace is God’s sufficiency in every situation.

2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

When we have God, we have enough. He is our hope, our joy, our peace, our righteousness. He is our very life, and this is why we lack nothing.
