Good morning people who walk closely with Almighty God

Job 22:23 NIV If you return to the Almighty, you will be restored: If you remove wickedness far from your tent

Sometimes restoration is on the other side of repentance, and repentance involves returning to the Almighty and removing wickedness.

Saying sorry is not enough. True repentance is marked by returning to the Almighty and returning to living life God’s way.

There will be many times throughout our life that we get off course.

Sometimes this is through defiant, wilful choices. In these times, we need to remove wickedness from our lives. Notice the instruction in this verse is that wickedness needs to be removed far from your tent.

“Are you ruthless with the wickedness in your life? Do you remove it far from you?”

Sometimes we get off course through getting caught up in unwise decisions. Again, we need to return to the Lord and He will restore us.
