Good morning people who are fruitful wherever you are,
(By Helen Calder – on team at DMM)
Jeremiah 29:11 says
‘For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’
The nation of Judah has gone through a difficult time—uprooted from their homeland and sent into exile.
Now the prophet Jeremiah sends this prophecy to the leaders of the nation of Judah, who are in captivity in Babylon.
This verse is preceded by an instruction. Basically, God is saying, “Seek the good of the city to which I have sent you, marry, increase and prosper and I am with you.”
In other words, He is saying, ‘Bloom where I have planted you.’
Like Judah, you might find yourself in that ‘in-between place;’ that place that is on the way to your destiny. It may even be a difficult place.
But today God is saying, ‘I am with you. You can blossom and be fruitful where I have planted you. You can impact the lives of people around you with My love and power.
Know that My plans for you both now and in the future are good—of that, you can be certain.’
