I heard the phrase up or down, and I feel Father wants to speak to us all today. I believe it is a simple truth that Father wants to speak in the form of some questions and some scriptures. Let’s lean in together.

Is what you give your attention to building you up or tearing you down?

Are your words about others building them up or tearing them down?
