Good morning people who are so grateful for the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
John 16:14-15 NIV “He (the Holy Spirit) will glorify me (Jesus) because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.”
These two verses say a lot, and it is so beautiful and wonderful! Why don’t you read it again and see what Father says to you before moving on and reading what I have written.
Oh, what to say!
Firstly, there could just be one person of God (understand I do not mean human person, but rather, an individual). But there are three persons of God; God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. I love this.
Secondly, each person of God have their different roles (for the sake of a human term). It is the Father who initiates, including sending His Son to redeem us. It is the Son who came to earth and paid the price for us with His own blood. It is the Holy Spirit who brings the eternal will of God into our natural reality. And so much more for each of Them.
And thirdly, while they are individual, they are indivisible. Because they have all things in common and because They are in complete and perfect unity, what one does, they all do. This is a mystery, but there is a profoundness that is truth.
My dear friends, we are privileged beyond measure to have a relationship with the Father, with the Son, and with the Holy Spirit.
We have God!
