Good morning people who are careful what you look at and what you listen to.

Proverbs 4:20-23 NIV My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body. Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.

We need to guard our heart – this is so important.

Why?

Because everything we do flows from what’s in our heart.

But what determines what is in our heart?

What we turn our ear to and what we keep in our sight.

If we are not turning our ear to something, it cannot be in our heart – good or bad.

If we are not keeping something in our sight, it cannot be in our heart – good or bad.

Therefore, if we don’t like the fruit, we need to change the root. We truly do reap what we sow.

The good news is, we are responsible and empowered to choose what we sow, every minute of every day.
