Good morning people who reserve your highest praise for God
Philippians 4:8 NIV Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
The final character trait in this verse is the one word that we more readily see applies to our indescribably good God; He is praiseworthy.
Yes, at times we can applaud people and their human achievements. But God Himself is always worthy of all of our praise, and it’s this that we are told to give our attention to!
God is True; He is the Alpha.
God is Noble: He is worthy of reverence, adoration and worship.
God is Right; His perfection is self-evident.
God is Pure; He is perfect from every fault.
God is Lovely; He is friendly towards His children.
God is Admirable; He is well spoken of due to His unchanging nature.
God is Excellent: He is the definition of bravery.
God is Praiseworthy: He is worthy of all praise.
Think on these things.
