Good morning people who embrace the pre-planned will of God

Proverbs 20:24 NIV A person’s steps are directed by the Lord. How then can anyone understand their own way?

Permit me to say something that is completely counter-cultural:

You do not know what is best for you.

The sooner we understand this, the sooner we can enter fully into the abundant life that is ours only in Christ Jesus!

God knows what I need – I don’t. This is the truth!

We confuse what we want, with what we need, and therefore, we conclude that we know what is best for us. Yet so often our desires sabotage God’s plan for our lives.

God created me, and He created me for a purpose. He knows the plan for my life, because He wrote it before I was even conceived.

So, how can we ever be fully satisfied if we don’t discover, submit to and embrace God’s pre-written plan for our lives?

We can’t! 

These are days to lean into God, to seek to know Him better, and to allow Him to download His purpose for our lives. He alone knows what is best for us!
