#4485 – Peace From God

Good morning people who find peace in God despite the circumstances of life

Ephesians 1:2 NIV Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

We understand that grace is from God, yet often we believe that peace is circumstantial. It’s not.

Peace is from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Do we truly believe this?

If I have an absence of peace, it is not because my circumstances are bad. It’s not because there is lots of things going wrong in the world. It’s not because of what other people are or are not doing. Peace is not circumstantial.

At this point, you may argue with me (as I do with myself), that the reality of your life proves otherwise. Mine too.

But is this the truth or am I being deceived?

If my reality says one thing and God’s Word says another, my reality needs to be passed through the authoritative filter of God’s Word.

At this point, some argue that this is being fake. This itself is a lie that the enemy has made many Christians swallow hook, line and sinker.

I don’t know best, God does. I don’t determine truth, God does. And the more I can accept this by faith and live according to it, the greater the grace and peace I will walk in. And it is true for you too.

Peace is from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, and it is available for all of us today.
