Good morning people who know what God is requiring of you in the moment

Matthew 12:14-15 NIV But the Pharisees went out and plotted how they might kill Jesus. Aware of this, Jesus withdrew from that place. A large crowd followed him, and he healed all who were ill.

Jesus exercised wisdom, even though He had all authority.

I’ve heard some people say foolish things and put it under the banner of faith.

So, let’s be clear today.

Faith will take risks and step into uncomfortable zones. Faith will include stepping out of the boat. Faith will be tested and faith will result in persecution at times.

But faith is not the enemy of wisdom.

Jesus could do anything and His faith was perfect, yet He chose not to intentionally place Himself into harms way at this time.

And herein lies the key. What is God requiring of you in this moment? Is it faith and boldness and a willingness to even suffer for righteousness’ sake? Or is it wisdom that keeps you from a challenge that is not part of Father’s plan for you right now?

May we be people who know what is required and who do what is required.
