Good morning people who are the likeness of God on the earth

Genesis 1:26-27 NIV Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created mankind in His own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female He created them.

God’s original intention was for people to be His image, His likeness, “on earth as in heaven”.

God’s image, God’s likeness is God’s original state for us…it is not His intended destination for us.

This was not something people worked towards…it was something people lived from.

As Believers in and followers of Jesus Christ, we have been returned to God’s original intention and condition!

Our big struggle is accepting this truth because of the evidence we still see in our lives.

But truth is truth!

It’s time to accept that we have been recreated (born again), and now we are the image and likeness of God on the earth. It’s time to live from this revealed truth.
