#4059 – Bible Interpretation

Good morning people who handle the Word of God correctly

There is a holy need to come back to interpreting the Bible accurately!

So, over the coming days, I invite you to join me on a journey of what I feel Father wants us to see about this misunderstood and misused word ‘interpretation’.

Let’s start by going to God’s Word (there’s lesson number one!):

John 11:11-16 NIV After He (Jesus) had said this, He went on to tell them, “Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I am going there to wake him up.” His disciples replied, “Lord, if he sleeps, he will get better.” Jesus had been speaking of his death, but his disciples thought he meant natural sleep. So then he told them plainly, “Lazarus is dead, and for your sake I am glad I was not there, so that you may believe. But let us go to him.” Then Thomas (also known as Didymus ) said to the rest of the disciples, “Let us also go, that we may die with him.”

Tomorrow I am going to step through this scripture, but for today I encourage you to meditate on it through the lens of ‘interpretation’ and see what Father shows you.

Lead the way Father.
