Good morning people who see what the Holy Spirit is doing

Matthew 3:16-17 NKJV When He had been baptised, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

Jesus’ act of obedience to His Father resulted in an open heaven, but it also resulted in seeing the Spirit of God come upon Him.

It is wonderful to hear the Holy Spirit. I love it!

But in this scripture, Jesus saw what the Holy Spirit was doing, and He was doing something wonderful in Jesus’ life.

There is an open invitation and a holy calling for people walking in submission to the Lordship of Jesus Christ and obedience to the Father to see what the Holy Spirit is doing in your life.

Our obedience doesn’t make us righteous. Jesus Christ does that.

But our obedience does open up heaven and release the Holy Spirit to be seen in us.
