Good morning people who live in freedom while walking through challenges

The Bible gives us endless examples of people in places where physical freedom was lost, yet spiritual freedom remained.

Paul and Silas were in prison, yet free.

Daniel was in the lions den, yet free.

Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were in the fiery furnace, yet free.

Paul was beaten severely several times, shipwrecked and thrown in prison again and again, yet he was free.

Joseph was thrown into the pit, sold into Potiphar’s house and put in prison on false allegations of rape, yet he was free.

Daniel and Esther were both carried into exile in enemy nations, yet they were free.

As a little boy, Jesus was taken to Egypt to hide from a king who wanted to kill him, yet he was free.

Maybe our true freedom is not determined by our physical realities but by our intimacy with our Father in heaven.

Let’s ensure we measure and define, and therefore, live in freedom correctly.
