Good morning people who serve a God Who is infinitely better than people

1 Corinthians 13:4 NIV LOVE is patient, LOVE is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

Interestingly, part of the meaning of the word kind in the Greek is: ‘to show oneself useful’.

LOVE is kind = LOVE will show itself useful.

When someone is useful, it means they are helpful.

Harshness is not useful or helpful, but kindness most definitely is.

This is a great verse that highlights God’s kindness:

Psalm 46:1 NIV God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

Kindness when we are in trouble is helpful; it is useful.

God is Who we need today; we need a kind God Who is useful…always present…always helpful…always kind.
