Good morning people who walk with purpose and honour God’s gift of time
Revelation 1:3 NIV Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.
Eternity matters.
Yes, the here and now can be all-consuming and even over-whelming at times, but today I feel to bring us back to the truth that eternity matters, and the time is near.
Every generation, for many generations, has said that their generation is, or might be, the last generation. I’m not here to get into a discussion on End Times or where I feel we are at in relation to this. But I am here to speak as I feel Father lead me, and that is to highlight that, according to His eternal measurement, the time is near, and human life itself is fleeting.
Eternity matters.
I feel there is an urgency in this verse, and I believe it is a timely prophetic word for us all today. This urgency is not about rushing, but about walking carefully and with Father’s purpose as our purpose.
Eternity matters.
Again, in context, this verse is imploring us to live life, not led by emotions, facts or feelings, but to live this fleeting time on earth being led by God’s prophetic words and declarations.
“Is this the pursuit and focus of your life?”
Eternity matters.
