Good morning people who truly allow Father to open their spiritual eyes
As we continue to lean into SEEING what Father has said, as He wants me to see it, we must not default to saying, “Ah, I know what that looks like.”
The thing that is most important about revelation – SEEING what God has said, as Father wants us to SEE it – is, it must be a work of the Holy Spirit, not of us trying to naturally see it.
Our own interpretation of what God has said will never be accurate, and it will lead us to focus on why we can’t be who God says we are, or why we can’t do what God says we can do.
Natural minds cannot understand spiritual truth – we need Holy Spirit revelation!
In Luke 9:12-17 we read a powerful account of Jesus telling His disciples to feed the multitude. This was an invitation from God for them to step further into the supernatural. After all, they had just come back from a ministry trip where the disciples were celebrating the miracles that had happened through them.
“So, what was their response to what Jesus had said?”
It was: “We can’t! Look Jesus, You don’t SEE our reality – we only have five loaves and two fish! You’re not SEEING clearly Jesus!”
Their problem was not hearing – they had heard Jesus clearly.
Their problem was they could not SEE what Jesus had SAID through spiritual eyes.
“I wonder how often this is true in our own lives?”
