Good morning people who rest in the place that they inhabit

God wants to be our dwelling place. He also wants to be our resting place.

Psalm 91:1 NIV Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

Here’s my simple thought for today:

Dwelling in God precedes and facilitates resting in God. Whoever dwells will rest.

Sometimes we want rest, peace and joy and yet we only visit God.

God doesn’t want to be used. He is not a vending machine – He is a personal, intimate and highly relational God.

So today I encourage you – and Father invites you – to step into lasting fellowship with Him; to both dwell in Him and find rest in Him.
