Good morning people who bring Father glory by agreeing with Him

Yesterday we looked at the truth that God’s promises are authored by God, but we need to come into agreement with what He says.

Today I want to look into another couple parts of this verse:

2 Corinthians 1:20 NIV For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through Him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.

I don’t think we can come into agreement with what God says, and more importantly, with God Himself, if we don’t do it through Christ. Even responding to God takes God’s help!

And this is part of the key to all of life – we need God for everything!

And when we have a revelation of this and live this way, God gets the glory! In other words, God gets the glory, not when we are good enough, but when we realise we are not good enough, but that He is, and we truly need Him in everything.
