Good morning wise walking people

I bet every person reading wants to be wise. You want to know how to live in a way that honours God and encourages people. The truth is many times we are not sure what we should do.

I believe one of the keys is we must be regularly walking with and learning from wiser people than ourselves.

Proverbs 13:20 He who walks with the wise grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm.

Who speaks into your life? Who do you regularly catch-up with and listen to? Who has permission to speak into areas of your life that need adjustment? Who is more spiritually mature than you that you walk with and learn from?

I believe every person needs to do this in order to grow. Relationship is God’s idea and everything significant in us and through us happens in community and relationship. Don’t just hang around people that are on the same level as you; seek out someone wiser and ask them to walk with you in life. Definitely don’t just hang around with foolish people because you will suffer harm.

Some of you have done this in the past but aren’t currently doing it. It’s time to start again. Some of you think this is only for those in ministry. Incorrect, every person needs to do it. Do you want to be wise? Walk with wise people.
