Good morning people who live every moment of every day for the glory of God

John 7:18 (NIV) Whoever speaks on their own does so to gain personal glory, but he who seeks the glory of the One who sent him is a man of truth; there is nothing false about him. 

Powerful!

“Are we doing what we are doing for the glory of God or to gain personal glory?”

“Are we seeking to honour God – in other words, is ‘the glory of God’ the pursuit of our lives?”

We are not here for ourselves. We are here for the glory of God.

I find it interesting that the decider for this is whether we do things ‘on our own’ or not.

I feel Father is highlighting the authority and lordship of Christ in our everyday lives.

Jesus is Truth and He wants to lead us into all truth and speak the truth to us and through us.

“Why do we do what we do and who do we do it for?”
