Good morning hungry people

Regardless of how much we know, we all have lots more to learn.

We have more to learn about God. I believe that God is inexhaustible. That doesn’t mean He gets tired but rather there is more to know about Him and learn about Him than we will ever realise.

We have more to learn about the Word of God. This too is inexhaustible. God wants to reveal truth to us every day of our lives. The Word of God has something to say about your situation today. There is an answer in God’s Word for your questions.

We have more to learn about relationships. The longer I am alive the more I need to learn (and apply). Relationships aren’t healthy by accident. We need to be intentional about building strong and healthy relationships.

We have more to learn about life. The truth is life can be very complicated. As soon as you work one thing out, there is something to learn and understand in another area. People see things differently and we can all learn if we remain open and teachable.

In all of these areas, we must always remember that we only have limited perspective and there is always more to learn. Knowledge is a pre-requisite for growth but it does not automatically ensure it. Then comes the difficult part; application.

“Father today we acknowledge that we are limited in our understanding. We want to learn more about the things that are important. We want to know You better, we want insight into Your Word, we want to learn how to relate to others better and we want to see life from Your perspective. May we be slow to judge others with a different perspective and quick to learn. In Jesus Name. Amen.”
