Good morning people who know the power of God Who lives in them

God is limitless – the devil is limited…yet we often fear the one who has less power more than we trust the One Who has MORE power.

Listen to what the Word (Jesus) said to us in His Word:

1 John 4:4 (NIV) You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the One Who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

God is stronger than the devil and He lives in us! As submitted children of God, we have nothing to fear!

Although the devil is a defeated foe, we are still required to fight. But we do not fight from a place of ‘hoping to win’, but of pre-ordained guaranteed success! God is on our side!!!

Yet some people are resting when they should be fighting!

There’s an invitation from God for you to “arise and sit down”.

Isaiah 52:1-2 (NKJV) Awake, awake! Put on your strength, O Zion; Put on your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city! For the uncircumcised and the unclean shall no longer come to you. Shake yourself from the dust, arise; Sit down, O Jerusalem! Loose yourself from the bonds of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion!

Notice this is to the ‘captive daughter of Zion’. ‘Zion’ speaks of the Church and ‘daughter’ speaks about one who belongs to The Lord Jesus Christ. This person IS legally free, yet so often we live as captives.

There is a shift of perspective that needs to happen with some today. Your present situation is an opportunity from God to step up (arise) into your God-given spiritual authority (sit down in heavenly places – Ephesians 2:6). But something needs to rise up on the inside of you.
