Good morning people who continually gravitate towards the Word of God.

1 Corinthians 2:10-11 NIV These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.

No person knows the thoughts or mind of God unless they are being led by and listening to the Holy Spirit.

It’s not possible to mentally ascend into revelation of the truth.

It’s not possible to simply study our way towards maturity.

It’s equally not possible to continually hear different people’s personal opinions and land in a place of truth.

I am reminded what Jesus said to His disciples.

John 16:13-15 NIV “But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.”

The Holy Spirit glorifies Jesus because He only speaks what He receives from Jesus.

How much more is the Holy Spirit to be the Source of what we receive and speak?

God the Father wants to reveal His mind and heart to us. He does this through His Son and through His Spirit.
