Good morning people who are led by the Spirit of God on what to say.

1 Corinthians 2:6 NIV We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.

I see two truths in this scripture as we continue to meditate and listen to the Holy Spirit.

Firstly, there are certain things that should be spoken only to the mature.

Therefore, wisdom is needed in order to know where the message of wisdom should be spoken. Not every message is for every person.

We must never ‘dumb-down’ truth, but we must ensure that we are not speaking beyond where Father wants us to speak.

God know what people need to hear, and we need to keep in step with Him

Secondly, the message of wisdom that we speak is not the wisdom of this age.

This is a game-changer in the realm of the Spirit.

People do not need to hear what others think, ourselves included.

People do not need to hear what sounds good, or acceptable, or pleasant, or appeasing.

People need to hear from God. Period.

It’s time to be Spirit-led in what we say.
